UPDATE June 10, 2021 related to COVID-19. Currently, masks are not required for folks who have been fully vaccinated. If you have not received a vaccination, we ask that you still wear a mask and practice social distancing guidelines, however masks are not mandated. Insurance companies are still allowing Teletherapy visits. Make sure you check with your insurance that this benefit is covered. Understand that with telehealth there are some limits to confidentiality depending on where you are during the call and who is listening. Also, make sure you have a solid internet connection. If you are symptomatic or feeling ill please do not come in. Please be aware that if you are not feeling like you can keep yourself safe or are struggling with any suicidal thoughts, please get yourself to a local ER.
