“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~Anais Nin
UPDATE December 2, 2020 related to COVID-19. Currently, the office is requiring masks in the common areas. Please be sure to bring one, otherwise they have some available. Insurance companies are still allowing Teletherapy visits. Make sure you check with your insurance that this benefit is covered. Understand that with telehealth there are some limits to confidentiality depending on where you are during the call and who is listening. Also, make sure you have a solid internet connection. I am still taking in-person visits with masks due to being rolled back to phase 2. If you are symptomatic or feeling ill please do not come in. Please be aware that if you are not feeling like you can keep yourself safe or are struggling with any suicidal thoughts, please get yourself to a local ER.

I'm not here to re-create the wheel so I will be sharing some of my favorite links, recipes, research, and tips to increase your awareness and motivate change.
