Meet Rikki

I’m a licensed social worker, but I am also a mom, a wife, and a friend. I believe in taking a whole body approach to your mental health through diet,exercise, and coping skills. My focus is to take the stigma and mystery out of how our brains work by teaching practical, evidence-based skills to improve daily living.

I'm not here to re-create the wheel so I will be sharing some of my favorite links, recipes, research, and tips to increase your awareness and motivate change.
